Respected Diplocat Caught Sunbathing Nude

A U.S. diplocat on a mission to Tel Aviv was photographed by the Israeli press on Thursday while sunbathing naked in public.

While the cat could not be reached for comment, the State Department did express sincere regret for this crass behavior.
